In dit huis kwam Anne Frank te wonen na haar geboorte op 12 juni 1929 (te Maingau Red Cross Clinic). Tot maart 1931 woonden de Familie Frank hier. Daarna verhuisden de familie naar de Ganghoferstrasse 24 in Frankfurt am Main.
