Dit monument is ter nagedachtenis aan Otto Freundlich. Beeldhouwer en schilder geboren in Stolp in 1878, overleden in Sobibor in 1943. De Europese beeldenroute van de vrede is aan hem opgedragen ter nagedachtenis aan de slachtoffers en ter herinnering aan de bevrijding van oorlog en fascisme.
