Op en rondom de Gedenkplaats Buchenwald is het mogelijk vele Monumenten, tentoonstellingen en restanten van Concentratiekamp Buchenwald te bezichtigen. Naast het station waar de gevangenen aankwamen stond de wapenfabriek Gustloff-Werke ll. Hier moesten gevangen werken. Deze gebouwen zijn volledig gesloopt. De foto dateert uit 1943.
