Deze bunker diende tijdens de Slag om Königsberg als ondergrondse commandopost van de Duitse generaal Otto von Lasch. Dit was tevens de plek waar de capitulatie van de stad werd getekend. Tegenwoordig kan men hier diorama's en fotomateriaal van de slag bezichtigen.
