Op deze begraafplaats zijn de graven van Japanse soldaten die in de Sino-Japanse oorlog, Japans-Russische Oorlog en het Nomonhan Incident zijn gesneuveld. Veldmaarschalk Yamagata Aritomo diende in de Japans-Russische Oorlog. Hij was tevens de 3e en 9e minister-president van Japan.
