Roosevelt van 6 januari 1941: Freedom of speech and expression Freedom of worship Freedom from want Freedom from fear Het monument herdenkt ook Captain Colin P. Kelly Jr. die als eerste B-17-piloot werd neergeschoten op 10 december 1941.
