Van 1895 tot 1897 was dit de school (nu woon huis) van Adolf Hitler, hier leerde hij lezen en schrijven. Een plaquette op de muur van het gebouw herinnert hieraan. Hitler bezocht de school opnieuw, nu als Reichskanzler.
