Vanaf dit oude perron in Les Milles zijn meer dan 2000 uit Vichy Frankrijk afkomstige Joodse mannen, vrouwen en kinderen via Camp des Milles in veewagons naar het doorgangskamp in Drancy getransporteerd . Vanuit dit kamp werden zij gedeporteerd naar de vernietigingskampen in Oost Europa.
