Langs het wandelpad die het strand en de Amerikaanse oorlogsbegraafplaats verbindt staat een plattegrond met daarop de kunstmatige haven van Omaha Beach (Mulberry A). Door de storm van 19 juni 1944 werd de haven ernstig beschadigd en werd hij buiten dienst gesteld.
