Dit enorme gebouw is gebouwd in 1937-1938 als regionaal hoofdkwartier voor de Luftwaffe (Luftgaukommando VII). Nog steeds zijn er veel oorspronkelijke ornamenten in de vorm van hakenkruizen en helmen zichtbaar.
