Dit Duitse 10.5 cm leFH 18 kanon staat naast het oorlogsmonument van Habloville en herinnerd aan de felle strijd om dit dorpje in augustus 1944. De 10.SS-Panzer-Division "Frundsberg" heeft dit dorpje wanhopig verdedigd tegen de Geallieerden om zo een opening te laten voor de omsingelde Duitse troepen in de 'Falaise zak'. Op 18 augustus 1944 werd het dorpje bevrijd.
