Aan de ingang van de handelsschool hangt een gedenkplaat voor Paulette LEWINSKY. Zij werd geboren op 22 oktober 1924. Zij studeerde in 1939 in de School voor Handel en Industrie in La Rochelle. In 1942 werd zij, samen met haar ouders en zus Marthe, gedeporteerd naar het concentratiekamp in Auschwitz, slachtoffers van het nazisme.
