Dit monument uit 1969 werd hier geplaatst namens de Socialistische Volksrepubliek Albanië ter herdenking van de slachtoffers van concentratiekamp Mauthausen. Het sculptuur toont een Albaanse verzetsstrijder die een Duitse soldaat heeft overwonnen.
