In dit huis werd General Douglas MacArthur geboren. Het gebouw was onderdeel van de voormalige Little Rock Asenal, dat bijna volledig is afgebroken. Het is een van de oudste gebouwen in centraal Arkansas. Het museum vertelt de verhalen van de soldaten van Arkansas van de burgeroorlog tot Vietnam via o.a. artefacten, foto's en wapens.
