Dit ondergrondse station van de metro vormde de ontsnappingsroute voor verschillende mensen uit de Führerbunker na de dood van Hitler. Het in de oorlog verwoeste bouwwerk werd in 1950 herbouwd met rode marmer uit de – inmiddels verdwenen – Rijkskanselarij.
