Het station Dutzendteich was een belangrijk treinstation tijdens de partijdagen in Nürnberg. De nationaal socialisten lieten dit station van 1934 tot 1936 uitbouwen zodat tienduizenden Partijdagdeelnemers hiervan gebruik konden maken. Het station is tot de jaren 90 van vorige eeuw in gebruik geweest.
