Deze plaquette herdenkt de synagoge van Grevenbroich, die zwaar werd beschadigd in de Reichskristallnacht, en werd gesloopt in het jaar daarna. De plaats van de synagoge is nu als plein ingericht met de naam "Synagogenplatz".
