Dit museum heeft een groot aantal presidentiële voertuigen in haar bezit, waaronder die van Manuel Quezon, president van de Filipijnse regering in ballingschap tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog: 1937 Chrysler Airflow Custom Imperial CW 1935 Cadillac V-16 En: 1941 Packard 180 gebruikt door president José P. Laurel en president Sergio Osmeña. De collectie bevat ook een Willy's Jeep uit 1943, die door Ramón Magsaysay werd gebruikt tijdens zijn ambtsperiode als minister van Defensie. De Jeep was door General Douglas MacArthur gedoneerd.
