Gesticht door Mussert op 12 augustus 1940. Het Rechtsfront wilde een overkoepeling zijn van betrokkenen bij rechtsvinding, rechtstoepassing en rechtshandhaving, waarbij leden bereid moesten zijn in dit verband mee te werken aan de opbouw van de 'nieuwe staat' zoals de NSB deze voor ogen had.
