Deze Mitsubishi G4M1 Model 11 stortte op 22 september 1943 in de Huon Gulf neer. Twee bemanningsleden kwamen om het leven. De twee anderen werden krijgsgevangen gemaakt. Eén van hen zou later overlijden.
