Op deze locatie in Aken stond het huis waar Anne Frank woonde bij haar grootmoeder, Rosa Holländer-Stern, van juli 1933 tot januari 1934. Ze was toen met haar familie onderweg naar Amsterdam, op de vlucht voor de Nationaal-Socialisten. De plaquette is onderdeel van het project "Wege Gegen Das Vergessen" (Wegen tegen het Vergeten).
