Van Essenkazerne

De Van Essenkazerne is een voormalige artilleriekazerne en nu Rijksmonument. Tijdens de Duitse bezetting is de kazerne als Waffen-SS opleidingscentrum gebruikt. De kazerne is tijdens Market Garden door de Duitsers in brand gestoken. De kazerne speelde ook een rol tijdens de Eerste Wereldoorlog en de Indonesische Onafhankelijkheidsoorlog.
