Inverlochy Castle werd in september 1940 gebruikt voor sabotage-training van Poolse officieren van de 4th Cadre Rifle Brigade. Ook is het complex in 1941 door de Polish Section en in 1943 door de First Belgian Independent Parachute Company gebruikt.
