Dit Monument is een herinnering aan de crash van Blenheim R3688 in Willemsoord op 23-06-1940 tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog. Bij de crash kwamen drie bemanningsleden om het leven en liggen begraven op Begraafplaats Vredehof in Willemsoord.
