De Fokker D-XXI 0222 werd op 10 mei 1940 neergehaald. Haar piloot, Lt. Vl. P.J.B. Ruys de Perez, overleefde de crash. Ruys de Perez (nu lid van het verzet) werd in 1942 in de duinen van Bloemendaal geexecuteerd.
